Double Chocolate Cake Skillet

Sometimes it's hard to enjoy sweets without feeling guilty after. Don't worry, we are coming to your rescue! Try this delicious and healthy recipe and enjoy a weekend without guilt.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp ghee, melted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup granulated monk fruit
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tablet of unsweetened chocolate, melted

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix ghee and monk fruit, then add the eggs and mix well.
  3. Add the rest of the wet ingredients one by one.
  4. Sift all dry ingredients.
  5. Mix the dry ones in a “folding” method and add the chocolate chips.
  6.  Grease your iron pan or mold, place the mixture and decorate with more chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 40 min approximately or until a knife comes out clean.
