4 Ingredient Flat Bread

Flatbread is a perfect delight to accompany with something sweet or salty. This (mostly) 4 ingredient recipe is a very versatile, easy and most importantly healthy meal option you can enjoy at any time of day!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1 tbsp of coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup of cassava/tapioca starch
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk or almond milk
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Italian spices, oregano, etc (optional)

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat a pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl sift the flours.
  3. Then add the rest of the ingredients until a thick mixture forms.
  4. Add more milk if necessary.
  5. Take 1/4 cup of the mixture and spread it in the pan with the help of a spoon like a pancake.
  6. Let them brown a little on both sides.
  7. Let them rest on a wire rack for a few minutes.
