Flatbread is a perfect delight to accompany with something sweet or salty. This (mostly) 4 ingredient recipe is a very versatile, easy and most importantly healthy meal option you can enjoy at any time of day!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1 tbsp of coconut flour
- 1/2 cup of cassava/tapioca starch
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk or almond milk
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Italian spices, oregano, etc (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat a pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl sift the flours.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients until a thick mixture forms.
- Add more milk if necessary.
- Take 1/4 cup of the mixture and spread it in the pan with the help of a spoon like a pancake.
- Let them brown a little on both sides.
- Let them rest on a wire rack for a few minutes.
