Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Tahini Cookies

An easy, fast and delicious recipe to kill sweet cravings during the week.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flakes
  • 2/3 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of pink salt or sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2.  In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir until fully combined, and add more tahini if the mix is dry.
  3.  With the help of a scoop make your cookie balls (don’t need to be perfectly round), and fill your baking sheet leaving like 2.5cm between them.
  4.  Bake for 10 to 12 min, until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
