An easy, fast and delicious recipe to kill sweet cravings during the week.
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flakes
- 2/3 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup real maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of pink salt or sea salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir until fully combined, and add more tahini if the mix is dry.
- With the help of a scoop make your cookie balls (don’t need to be perfectly round), and fill your baking sheet leaving like 2.5cm between them.
- Bake for 10 to 12 min, until the edges are golden brown.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
